Vizaibil LLC AI Transparency & Responsible AI Policy

This AI Transparency & Responsible AI Policy explains how Vizaibil LLC ("Vizaibil") uses artificial intelligence technologies within its products, services, platforms, and business operations.

This policy is intended to provide transparency to customers, users, applicants, partners, and other stakeholders regarding the use of AI-enabled functionality.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Vizaibil products and services, including:

  • Vizaibil.com
  • My Day
  • Project management tools
  • Workflow automation features
  • Reporting and analytics services
  • Recruiting and applicant management features
  • Invoicing and business operations tools
  • APIs and integrations
  • Future AI-enabled services

3. AI Providers

Vizaibil may utilize technologies and services from providers including:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Microsoft AI Services
  • Cloud AI providers
  • Future AI providers selected by Vizaibil

Provider relationships may change from time to time.

Vizaibil seeks to limit AI processing to the minimum necessary to provide requested functionality.

8. Model Training

  • Customer Data is processed pursuant to applicable agreements with AI providers.
  • Vizaibil seeks contractual protections from AI providers where available.

9. Fairness and Bias

Vizaibil recognizes that AI systems may produce biased outputs.

Vizaibil seeks to:

  • Monitor AI-assisted workflows

  • Reduce unfair outcomes
  • Improve transparency

However, Vizaibil cannot guarantee the complete elimination of bias from AI systems.
