Vizaibil LLC Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of all Vizaibil LLC websites, software, APIs, products, platforms, applications, AI services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This AUP is incorporated into the Vizaibil Terms of Service.
2. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, court orders, government requirements, and contractual obligations.
3. Unauthorized Access
Users may not:
- Access systems without authorization
- Attempt to bypass authentication controls
- Escalate privileges without permission
- Probe or scan systems without written authorization
- Circumvent technical restrictions
- Attempt to access other customer environments
4. Security Violations
Users may not:
- Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Attempt to disrupt system availability
- Interfere with platform security measures
- Exploit vulnerabilities
5. Artificial Intelligence Abuse
Users may not use Vizaibil AI features to:
- Generate unlawful content
- Conduct fraud
- Facilitate harassment
- Generate malicious code
- Impersonate others
- Mislead consumers
- Circumvent applicable laws
AI-generated outputs remain the responsibility of the user.
6. Data Abuse
Users may not:
- Upload data they do not have rights to use
- Upload personal information without authorization
- Upload stolen information
- Upload illegal content
- Upload content that violates privacy rights
Customers remain solely responsible for all Customer Data uploaded to the Services.
7. Scraping and Competitive Use
Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not:
- Scrape platform data
- Use automated extraction tools
- Benchmark the Services for publication
- Use the Services to build competing products
- Reverse engineer features or functionality
8. API Usage
API users may not:
- Exceed published limits
- Abuse API functionality
- Attempt to interfere with API availability
- Circumvent rate limits
Vizaibil may suspend API access at its discretion.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Users are responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary permissions before connecting third-party systems including:
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Salesforce
- Jira
- HubSpot
- Slack
- Other services
10. Intellectual Property Violations
Users may not:
- Infringe copyrights
- Infringe trademarks
- Misappropriate trade secrets
- Misuse confidential information
11. High-Risk Activities
The Services are not designed for use in activities where failure could result in:
- Death
- Personal injury
- Critical infrastructure failures
- Emergency response failures
Users assume responsibility for any such use.
12. Monitoring and Enforcement
Vizaibil reserves the right to:
- Monitor platform usage
- Investigate suspected violations
- Restrict access
- Suspend accounts
- Remove content
- Report unlawful activity

- Account suspension

- Referral to law enforcement

Vizaibil may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
