As a Senior VILT-stack PHP Developer, you'll spearhead our full-stack development efforts while integrating emerging AI technologies. This remote role offers the autonomy and influence to architect solutions and shape our rapidly growing suite of products. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient code, developing backend components, interfacing web applications, and crafting intuitive front-end elements. You will mentor junior developers, guiding best practices and technical decision-making. We are seeking an experienced, adaptable candidate who thrives in challenging environments and stays at the forefront of AI and tech innovation. Laravel · Vue · Inertia · PHP · real-time (websockets / broadcasting) · Laravel Forge · DigitalOcean · AI tooling You don't need to have touched every line of this — but you should be fluent across the VILT stack and comfortable owning what happens after git push. - Strong full-stack Laravel experience and ability to work with Vue and Inertia within a single codebase - Proven track record of building real-time features using websockets, broadcasting, or similar technologies - Senior judgment in handling security-sensitive data, including secrets management and encryption - Understanding and ownership of server deployment and infrastructure - Experience with Laravel Forge and DigitalOcean - Ability to mentor junior developers and influence technical decisions Experience integrating AI / LLM features into production apps. A feel for data visualization — turning numbers into something a room of decision-makers can read at a glance. Comfort working closely with a small team where your voice carries real weight.
